Real estate agent (REA) or real estate negotiator(REN)is who registered with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers to handle the transaction of 3^rd party’s properties. The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers was set up on 1981. under the purview of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.

While a broker is a person who handles the transaction of 3^rd party’s properties without register with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers. Hence the risk of dealing with a broker is much higher.  

Instead of traditional “advertise and wait” approach, as a industrial and land specialist, we have ready client database on hand to propose your property if it is a good buy!

We will only propose to our client/clients at least these basis criteria had been fulfilled:

1. Full Title and necessary documents provided by owner to us.

Reason: The main reason for this is to make sure the ownership of the land is confirmed and we are dealing with the rightful owner/owners.

2. Right Price.

Reason: We never promise a sky high price that not able to achieve and sell off within short period of time.
